MORE THAN JUST BBQ!!!
Our philosophy toward each and every person that eats with us whether it’s a catered event or a simple dining experience at our restaurant is to make it memorable. This is in reference to NOT only the quality of our food but, the overall experience which starts with our first interaction together.
When you dine in at Fort Mill BBQ Company’s actual restaurant, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting staff member that will take your order and (if need be) give suggestions on what might work best to suffice your specific hunger and desire. As you can see on our menus, we offer a multitude of selections and options that can suffice even the strongest of appetites’. We recently have added additional items to our menu that were put on to compliment the mainstay items that have made us famous since our opening two years ago.
Those existing mainstay items are our hickory/cherry wood smoked meats (pulled pork bbq, ribs, turkey, brisket, chicken, and beef sausages), our chipotle cheese spread, our homemade Macaroni-n-Cheese, our Smoked Corn “Maque Choux” and our homemade sauces (our Signature sauce is virtually everyone’s favorite).
When you contact us for your catering needs, you will only deal with an extremely knowledgeable staff member that has years of experience handling all type of catering needs.


This knowledge that our staff offers makes the overall interaction as productive and as streamlined as possible. We will ask you questions in efforts of identifying your overall needs, your desires, learn what your budget is (a major component in today’s economy) besides any specific things you may feel we could do to make your event “special”. We will then make menu suggestions (if we don’t have a specific package that is exactly what you want) to make your experience with us one of the best you’ve ever with a catering company.
After we are officially brought on board as your caterer of choice, we will then do our part, we will prepare all as discussed, deliver to your facility, and set-up your food ultimately making your day of the event experience as easy and painless as possible (at least when it comes to the food). All you should have to do is sit back and take the positive feedback from your guests about your caterer choice and their overall satisfaction with the food.
As stated earlier, “Catered Southern Cuisine” is what we specialize in and what we provide each and every time. Our food has been repeatedly compared to “down home cooking” and “the way mama used to make”, that why we have always called our food “Catered Southern Cuisine” since it best expresses what we deliver.
